We are looking for an ambitious, organized, and motivated Product Industrialization Manager. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, with a team playing mindset. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to deliver great results to current and potential stakeholders in a predictable and controlled manner while having some fun on the way. We are an experienced team with diverse backgrounds that look forward to your contribution to our range of competencies.
The life cycle for electronic products for the railway industry is normally more than 30 years. This places high demands on the design, industrialization, and management of the product.
The main task of the PIM (Product Industrialization Manager) is to manage the industrial quality during the complete life cycle for electronic signalling products developed in Sweden, which includes:
• Supporting in DFx (Design for Manufacturing, Testability, Reliability and Repairability) in the electronic HW development process.
• Managing the industrial process for electronic products.
• Life Cycle Management (Quality, Cost, Delivery) for electronic products.
This role spans over a wide area, which requires a lot but at the same time means great opportunities for personal development.
The PIM is the main industrialization contact for all functions and will work close together with our external electronic suppliers, product program manager, HW development teams, bids, quality team, component engineers etc.

• University Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of manufacture production experience or in a similar role
• Language skills required: advanced/business fluent level of English. It could be beneficial to have at least a medium level of Swedish.
• Experience in working with Engineering, Procurement, Quality and external Suppliers.
• Knowledge about electronics (PCBA) manufacturing and its processes
• Desired competencies: teamwork, communication, planning, drive for results and flexibility
• Flexibility to travel to a low-medium degree required.
