Could you be our future full time Program Development Manager based in Stockholm?
Your future role
Take on a central role in managing program development activities, ensuring delivery of system and product items in line with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments.
You will organize, coordinate, and lead engineering activities across the program lifecycle, acting as the technical interface for stakeholders while ensuring consistency, performance, and continuous improvement.
We’ll look to you for:
- Organizing the program development process and driving continuous improvement
- Preparing, sharing, and maintaining the Engineering Management Plan (EMP) with the program core and support teams
- Reviewing engineering plans to ensure alignment and consistency with the EMP
- Participating in reviews
- Capturing return of experience and driving continuous improvement actions
- Leading program development activities to deliver program items according to QCD commitments
- Ensuring the product/system reaches committed performance levels
- Driving design-to-cost initiatives to reduce deployment and unit costs
- Ensuring and validating engineering decision-making with program stakeholders
- Supporting other departments (Safety, Cybersecurity, RAM, Industrialization) and ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Organizing and leading internal and external Change Control Boards (CCBs)
- Supporting the Program Manager on engineering cost and planning

- Degree in Engineering, preferably embedded systems.
- Previous working experience leading global teams.
- Previous working experience in planning agile product development process.
- Previous working experience in configuration and change management.
- Experience in development of embedded software and hardware.
- Knowledge about cyber security standards is a plus.
- Ability to work transversally with engineering teams
- Good communication and problem solving mindset.
- Fluent in English. Swedish is an advantage.
