Could you be the full-time Platform Software Group Manager in Stockholm we’re looking for?



Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your software engineering management expertise in a new cutting-edge field, and work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.

You'll responsible for managing a team of software engineers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business and Program Managers, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers to achieve goals in embedded electronic platforms development for rail signalling
  • Develop and implement innovative software solutions to complex problems in rail signalling
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of software deliverables for embedded systems
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes diversity and inclusion
  • Manage capacity and competence planning in close collaboration with development programs
  • Drive continuous improvements
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders


All about you

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong experience in software engineering management
  • Great leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of working on large-scale software projects
  • Familiarity with software development in safety-critical systems development, according to safety standards such as CENELEC (EN50126, EN50128, EN50129) or equivalent.
  • Confidence with mentoring and developing software engineers
  • English at a fluent level is mandatory for this role, Swedish will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
