Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Stockholm we’re looking for?
We'll look to you for
- Analyze material needs to secure the right level of materials.
- Create and maintain scheduling agreements and purchase orders.
- Following up with suppliers for open orders and order acknowledgements.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance to secure high OTIF level.
- Communicate deviations to relevant stakeholders in the Supply Chain and Procurement team.
- Work closely together with our Procurement team.
- Secure KPI’s are kept above the agreed target level.
- Contribute to deploy Material Planning way of working after GSI GO-live

- Have a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and/or have experience from a similar position.
- Preferably you have experience with Excel macros and SAP
- Fluent in English
- You have good analytical skills.
