We are looking for a Master thesis student to join our team in Göteborg!

 

 

Topic proposed: Adoption of newer C++ standards in the field of railway systems

Duration: 20 weeks, on-site

 

Background

For large projects in the mining industry, we develop the INTERFLO150 solution. This is a computer-based train control system used in industrial applications. The TCC (Train Control Center) acts as the brain of the system and is responsible for a safe operation.

 

Problem description and goals

The thesis work consists in benchmarking and proposing actions to implement new C++ standards in the source code, in line with the current safety regulation and standards.

You should have a background in Computer science or equivalent engineering specialization, with strong C++ programming skills.
