Lead Troubleshooter

in Stockholm we’re looking for.

 

 

Your future role:
We are looking for a skilled, analytical, and solution-oriented Lead Troubleshooter to join our: Customer technical assistance team in Sweden. This is a critical role within our projects, responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of onboard systems.  

 

You will identify root causes, analyse system logs, and implement corrective actions to support ongoing operations and system improvement.

Working with a variety of diagnostic tools, and collaborating across engineering teams, you will help us maintain high standards in safety and performance while contributing to innovation in the onboard system field.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading troubleshooting efforts in onboard signalling systems across Sweden
  • Using diagnostic tools to interpret and analyse logs and traces from onboard systems
  • Identifying and resolving complex technical issues and contributing to root cause analysis
  • Collaborating closely with V&V, System Engineering, Quality, and external partners
  • Proposing and implementing resolution and improvement actions
  • Documenting findings, sharing lessons learned, and supporting continuous improvement

 

All about you:
We value curiosity, initiative, and the ability to find patterns in complexity. While we don’t expect you to check every box, we believe the following experience and skills will help you succeed:

  • Experience in V&V, System Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • Background in log analysis, ideally in safety-critical environments such as rail or aviation
  • Experience in analysing event and error logs from onboard systems.
  • University Degree in a technical field such as Electrical or Systems Engineering
  • Analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Fluent English skills, Swedish is a plus
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and communicating findings clearly
