Could you be the full-time onsite Industrial Relations Manager Nordics ( fixed-term, 12 months) in Stockholm, SE we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial relations and negotiation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and knowledgeable teammates.
You'll play a vital role in fostering constructive and legally compliant relationships between the organisation and its workforce, ensuring workplace stability and alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (HR, Senior Management, and Trade Unions), advise on employment legislation and collective bargaining strategies, and lead negotiations for local agreements, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Benchmarking company practices with the evolution of local labour laws and rules ,
- Advising the HR Team and Senior Management on industrial relations issues, including support for major restructuring and M&A projects ,
- Maintaining constructive and legally compliant relationships between the organisation and its workforce, with a strong focus on labour relations and union engagement ,
- Developing and implementing industrial relations policies and procedures ,
- Negotiating collective agreements and managing consultations during organisational changes, mergers, acquisitions, or divestments ,
- Handling complex negotiations and mediating disputes to ensure workplace stability ,
- Ensuring adherence to local labour laws and company policies ,
- Acting as a key advisor to senior management on employment legislation and collective bargaining strategies ,
- Overseeing due diligence and harmonisation activities during restructuring ,
- Managing grievance procedures and fostering collaboration with trade unions and external stakeholders to prevent conflicts and promote a fair and productive work environment.
- A certain amount of travel to our various sites will be required

- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field ,
- Experience or understanding of industrial relations, labour law, and collective bargaining processes ,
- Knowledge of international and local labour laws, employment legislation, and union engagement practices,
- Familiarity with negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution techniques ,
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
