Could you be the full-time onsite Financial Project Manager in Stockholm, SE we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll be a pivotal force in driving the project's financial health and success.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Work Package Controllers, Central Finance Teams), provide critical financial analyses for strategic decision-making, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading the Budget and Forecast processes on project level and updating project planning in the financial systems accordingly,

Managing the monthly closing process for the project and ensuring that project reporting is in line with accounting rules,
-
Controlling project cost, analyzing variances, and recommending possible courses of action to remedy,
-
Ensuring that project calculations reflect the current status of the project and leading the re-assessment of the project cost assumptions,
-
Managing the invoicing process, ensuring correct VAT treatment and following up on receivables,

Challenging the project’s cash planning & updating the cash flow reporting,
-
Contributing to risk and opportunity management by challenging project inputs and recommending possible courses of action to mitigate risk or to achieve opportunities,

Preparing reporting for project reviews including relevant financial analyses,

Attending PCT meetings and other relevant project meetings,
-
Driving hedging & bond activities in cooperation with central teams (where applicable)

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent,

5+ years of work experience in Project Controlling or Business Controlling,

Strong analytical skills,

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems and SAP/BW,

Strong written and oral communication skills,
-
Ability to manage complex financial processes and systems,
-
Capacity to work effectively in a team and drive cross-functional collaboration,
-
Resilience and adaptability to manage financial challenges and opportunities,
-
Leadership skills to guide and influence project team towards financial objectives,
-
Fluent English &Swedish is mandatory
