Could you be our future full time D&IS Sweden Project Director based in Stockholm, Sweden?
Your future role
You will be responsible for the overall performance, governance, and delivery of D&IS projects in Sweden. In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered in line with Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments, while providing strong leadership, financial control, and people development across a multi‑project environment.
We’ll look to you for:
Project Performance & Delivery
- Being accountable for QCDP performance of D&IS projects in Sweden
- Ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and customer milestones
- Chairing and steering project governance reviews (Gate Reviews, Monthly Project Reviews)
- Prioritizing resources and resolving cross‑project conflicts in alignment with all other functions
Leadership & Governance
- Deploying and enforcing Project Management standards and governance
- Acting as escalation level for major risks and deviations
- Representing the site toward customers for critical project topics
Financial & Risk Management
- Securing project margins, cash‑in, provisions, and risk management
- Supervising claims, variations, and recovery plans
- Contributing to site financial forecasts and strategic planning
People & Organisation
- Developing project management competencies (coaching, succession planning)
- Promoting a performance‑driven, accountable, and safety‑oriented culture
- Animating the Project Management community at site level
All about you
- Business or Engineering degree or equivalent
- Strong experience in complex project leadership
- Proven leadership and decision‑making skills
- Strong stakeholder and customer management capabilities
- Ability to manage high‑pressure, multi‑project environments
- Strong communication skills
