Could you be our future full time D&IS Sweden Planning Manager based in Stockholm, Sweden?

 

 

Your future role

You will be responsible for the robustness, coherence, and reliability of all project schedules at country level, including the regional center, development center, techno center, and EPQ tool. Acting as a strategic partner to Project Directors, you will ensure on‑time delivery of contractual milestones and drive planning excellence across the site.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

Site Planning Governance

  • Ensuring consistency and robustness of project schedules (strategic, tactical, operational)
  • Securing the quality of critical paths, assumptions, and time contingencies
  • Consolidating and maintaining the Site Master Schedule
  • Driving workload reviews (P&FM) and S&OP
  • Contributing to SIOP

 

Project Support

  • Acting as key planning partner to Project Directors
  • Challenging schedule feasibility and contractual commitments
  • Anticipating schedule risks and defining mitigation scenarios

 

Métiers & Continuous Improvement

  • Deploying planning standards, methods, and tools
  • Driving continuous improvement and Return of Experience (RoE)
  • Supporting bid and tender planning activities when required

 

People Management

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the Planning community
  • Ensuring skills development and succession planning
  • Promoting a culture of discipline, transparency, and anticipation

 

 

All about you

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Strong expertise in multi‑project planning environments
  • Leadership through influence and transversal coordination
  • System‑level thinking and problem‑solving mindset
  • Strong mastery of planning tools and standards
