Could you be our full-time Customer Service Manager in Stockholm, Sweden?
Your future role
- Improve Customer experience and deliver commercial plan for Parts, Repairs and Overhaul
- Be in charge of the team managing end-to-end relationship with Customer(s) for Parts & Repairs sales purpose, from opportunities detection until payment, including master data management, quotation & sales orders.
We'll look to you for:
- Operations:
- Accountable for Customer inquiries, orders and returns as well as Customer complaints in his/her portfolio
- Lead customer communication with relevant stakeholders in case of critical items (supported by Sales, aligned with Customer Dir.)
- Delivery performance
- Consolidate and manage Delivery KPI
- Business development
- Enhances understanding of Customer needs, pain points and identification of opportunities in each Customer segment, providing feedback to Business Development/Sales and Customer Directors
