Could you be the full-time Customer Director Sweden in Stockholm or Vasteras, we’re looking for?
Your future role
Embrace a new challenge, enhance your already strong relationship, execution & commercial skills and secure long term sustainable growth with our key customers. You will report to the Managing Director of Sweden and work alongside other knowledgeable and supportive senior managers.
On a day-to-day basis you will be the relationship & commercial lead, for one of several of our key customers. Further you will take a strategic view over the lifecycle of our interaction, and be the single point of contact (outside daily project matters) for customers. Big focus to grow business with his/her customer, whilst securing our long term position ensuring excellence in, project execution, maintaining profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
We’ll look to you for:
- Act as the main point of contact for customer, and the prevalent authority on all customer issues
- Champion a customer-centric culture across the company
- Secure and regularly measure customer satisfaction in coordination with Quality deppartment
- Grow business by overall lead of selling existing/new products to existing customers to maximize revenue and profits
- Contribute to negotiations during tender phase (lead negotiation strategy)
- Contribute to the success of the project execution, in partnership with Project Manager
- Apply ALSTOM rules on ethics and compliances in all selling & customer management activities

- Degree in Engineering or Business School background,
- Strong business acumen and experience from Swedish Railway industry
- Insight into Alstoms business model and key processes to enable to drive for improvements
- Knowledge of project management practices, Project experience from bigger AT projects and by that experience from not only positive dialogues but also tougher situations
- Basic understanding of financial mechanisms in long-term contracts (bonds, Forex, P&L)
- Strategic vision and mindset for long-term planning,
- Customer centric approach
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Aptitude in communicating, public speaking and interpersonal skills
- Global & Cultural Awareness
- Relationship Development: Build strong relationships with customers, government authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Fluency in Swedish and English, .
