Could you be the full-time onsite Country Payroll Expert in Stockholm, SE we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your payroll and compliance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll ensure seamless payroll operations and compliance with country-specific legislation, driving impactful process improvements and contributing to the success of our Human Resources function.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Payroll Specialists, 3rd Party Providers, Social Security Agencies), manage and approve change requests, and proactively identify and implement process improvements, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing and approving change requests identified by Level 2 Payroll team members to ensure ongoing policy and business process changes are reflected in the payroll solution,

Coordinating delivery of country-specific payroll related processes throughout the year (e.g., year-end salary change, bonus, year-end reconciliations),
-
Actively encouraging the team to utilize LEAN processes and tools to implement identified process improvements,

Managing 3rd Party provider relationships in relation to legislative changes, ensuring correct implementation,

Acting as an escalation point for issues related to 3rd party interfaces, such as benefits providers or social security agencies ,

Ensuring payroll compliance with legislation and business policies,
-
Ensuring all payroll-related processes are compliant with relevant internal and external audit requirements ,

Taking ownership for personal development and understanding of team activities.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ,

Experience or understanding of payroll processing for a significant number of employees (more than 500) ,

Knowledge of country-specific payroll legislation and compliance requirements ,

Familiarity with payroll systems and third-party provider management,

Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills ,

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis,
-
Ability to work effectively within a team and encourage collaboration ,

Commitment to continuous learning and personal development,
- Fluent in English & Swedish.
