Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates and report to Tender and Commercial Director Nordics.
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial team by driving efficiency, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering high-quality solutions in a high-stakes environment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as procurement, communication, strategy and sales), coordinate tender-related tasks, provide structured insights to enhance commercial strategies—and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Leading and coordinating specific commercial/tender-related tasks,
- Taking ownership of challenges, analyzing issues, and developing structured solutions,
- Maintaining and analyzing data quality in systems like Salesforce (Wall-C) and fleet databases ,
- Providing structured insights and reports to support commercial strategies,
- Conducting market research and gathering market intelligence to support decision-making,
- Organizing and managing team meetings, milestone reviews, and bid planning sessions ,
- Operating procurement portals and managing Pre-Qualification processes, including administering and submitting ESPDs.,
- Handling ad hoc tasks with limited supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes,
- Supporting tenders with coordination tasks, such as tracking deliverables status when applicable.

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field ,
- Experience or understanding of commercial coordination, procurement processes (Apsis), or tender management.,
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and systems such as Wall-C, fleet databases, or similar platforms,
- Familiarity with procurement portals (e.g., Achilles, Tendsign, EU Supply) and PQ/ESPD processes,
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in creating structured documentation and reports,
- Proficiency in Swedish and English is required
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities , supported by Excel.
- Proficiency in tools like SharePoint, reporting tools, and calendar management systems ,
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
