In this purpose, we are looking for our Market Place Sales Manager Northern Europe. If you love new technologies, if you are keen to work in a start-up mode, if you are result oriented, are stimulated in reaching stretching objectives, like travelling, join us in StationOne.

Purpose of the job

  • Decline the strategy of StationOne within your assigned area.
  • Deploy widely the market place within its Cluster to reach the targeted sales growth
    • Identify targets,
    • Enroll new buyers,
    • Consolidate and define priorities of the Buyers needs
    • Improve and monitor  targeted conversion rate by customer
    • Push buyers to expand purchasing on new items (diversification of purchase orders)
    • Organize special events in coordination with product and catalog owners
  • Identify local suppliers panel to be enrolled
  • Support Buyers with:
    • On line support on daily basis
    • Interface with customer in case of claim
    • Promoting new features and offers in the market place

 

Main Responsibilities of the role includes :

 

  • Achieve Market sales growth and profitability within the Cluster
  • Secure and monitor customer satisfaction
  • Control website translation in additional languages.
  • Propose functional evolution based on market need analysis
  • Ensure a complete and accurate reporting on StationOne CRM

 

Qualification:

 

Education: Engineer or Business school degree

Languages: German, English and French are mandatory

Experiences:

  • Sales experience in BtoB sales, preferably in the industry or rail.
  • Experience in a similar role for an e-commerce platform

 

Competencies:

 

Technical Competencies

  • B2C and B2B e-marketing methods
  • Customer service experience (CRM, hot line)
