Purpose of the job:

The Internal Information Officer is in charge of developing editorial content for all internal communications channels targeting all Alstom employees worldwide (on/offline tools), with a newsroom-style approach. S/he ensures a continuous internal information flow, showcasing the company’s projects across the globe and highlighting its people in their entire diversity.


Accountabilities & authorities


  • Contributes to defining and implementing internal editorial strategy
  • Produces content for all internal channels (on/offline) with Information Manager / Editor-in-Chief
  • Animates formal and informal editorial meetings
  • Helps define content to be written and supervises production (internalised or externalised)
  • Works in close relationship with all other members of the communication teams
  • Monitors quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators
  • Benchmarks other initiatives and puts forward new editorial proposals


Experience prerequisites & required competences


Educational Requirements


  • Graduate from a communication, journalism or business school with a solid editorial, media and communication background.




  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in communications
  • Knowledge of other functional areas within the organisation    
  • Knowledge of the domestic & international environment
