Located at the company's headquarters in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, the Communication department aims to support Alstom's image and commercial activity and provides action plans and tools to communicate with all stakeholders. and all company audiences.

To carry out this main mission, the Communication department is responsible for several digital solutions within the company: Corporate websites, intranet, TV system, video streaming, digital asset management solution (DAM), social networks, etc. 

 

To strengthen the Digital Communication team, in charge of cross-functional digital tools, the Communication department is looking for an “Digital tools Apprentice”.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Monitoring of Drupal sites according to the validated roadmap and existing processes:
    • Follow-up of deployments (scalable and corrective) of the website and the corporate intranet (creation and follow-up of tickets, UAT).
    • Support to the community of contributors (answer to questions / creation and follow-up of tickets if necessary).

 

  • Participate in the creation and publication of content on the various digital platforms (Alstom.com, intranet, social networks, etc.)
  • Support the management of SaaS platforms managed by suppliers:
    • Video streaming solution, DAM: support to the community of contributors (answer to questions / creation and follow-up of tickets if necessary).
  • Support the management and deployment of the enterprise TV system according to the validated roadmap and existing processes:
    • Monitoring of new deployments
    • Support to the community of contributors
  • Participate in the consolidation and monitoring of the function's performance dashboard at the global level

 

Within the Digital Communication team, the apprentice will report to the head of the Performance and digital tools team and will have frequent interactions with the communication members as well as with the external partners responsible for the sites and applications of Alstom. As part of the team is based in Germany, fluency in English is essential.

 

Profile

  • Training: Digital Communication (Bac +4/5)
  • First experience (internship) in digital communication
  • Language: French and English (fluent English mandatory)
  • Ability to be organized, comfortable with data manipulation and attentive to detail, rigorous and communicative.
  • Mission tools: Drupal, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, ticketing system (Jira, redmine), Microsoft O365.

 

Duration

Apprenticeship contract of 1-2 years with a start in September 2022.
