Join us as an TCMS Wayside Lead Engineer, and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St-Bruno, Quebec.


As a TCMS Wayside Lead Engineer,you will drive, design, and validate the wayside fleet management system, which is used to support the operation and maintenance of subways and trains.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Follow software development service providers activities, establish development priorities with product managers for each project and communicate development status with internal and external customers;
  • Analyze and transform the required specifications, effectively use the platform and the components available to achieve and validate an architecture;
  • Provide engineering plans in the (SOW) and communicate with the various stakeholders including the procurement teams to follow up on purchase orders. The application specialist specifies and maintains the requirements in a structured way and keeps them up to date to ensure on time delivery;
  • Examine and evaluate whether the result of a specific development phase meets the requirements, mainly thru the revision of documents.


Key requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience;
  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology;
  • Windows OS management;
  • Windows services management;
  • Knowledge of SQL, C # and PowerShell databases, mandatory;
  • Excellent English and French communication skills, advanced both written and spoken.
