Join us as a Paralegal, and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in  St-Bruno Quebec Canada.



  • Support Legal in the corporate documentation activities (Corporate acts, Federal Revenue Services, State and Municipality revenue services, etc.)
  • Keep up-to-date Alstom´s information in the Commercial Registrar
  • Support Legal in the opening, closing and modification of Alstom´s branches
  • Together with Legal, control the Power of Attorneys issued by the foreign holding companies that allow the management of Alstom companies in the country, ensuring all formalities are taken care of
  • Obtain and keep updated all exclusive product certificates issued by the associations Alstom belongs to
  • Issue, update and publish the procedures that form Alstom´s Legal Procedure related to his/her function
  • Support the Legal Function on knowledge management, legal library, legal research
  • Support the legal Function on translation of legal and/or contractual documents
  • Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct




  • Undergraduate University degree including exposure to legal courses
  • Experience of at least 2 years in the above area gained with a corporation or law firm
  • Previous experience with document, quality management and administrative procedures
  • English language, local language is highly desirable
