Could you be the full-time Warehouse -Receiving EPU in Sri City Tada, Andhra Pradesh, we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your warehouse management and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations and production line feeding, contributing to the efficiency and success of our supply chain. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Logistics Management, Material Planners, Quality, and Finance), oversee material receiving and kitting processes, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of inventory accuracy and timely material availability for production, but also lead and coach your team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

We’ll look to you for:

  • ·         Promoting a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

    ·         Self-manage the SQCD targets in Daily Work Management (DWM) – APSYS board

    ·         Maintain On time unloading, GRN, put away acitivites with 100% accuracy.

    ·         Improve & sustain the 5S in Warehouse.

    ·         Escalate the technical constrains to the internal/external Team members through mail

    ·         Identify Transaction errors/missing and update on time after analysis.

    ·         Drive Receiving team and maintain discipline & punctuality in the warehouse

    ·         Maintain 100% accuracy in GSI Transactions

    ·         Propose the suggestions in the process for SQCD improvement through SWIP

    ·         Maintain good level of inventory accuracy against target.

    .         Conducting training sessions for teams on warehouse processes and lean methodologies

    .         Representing the warehouse during internal and external audits, ensuring zero NCR

    .         Providing regular reports on warehouse activity metrics and performance

    .         Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies

Performance Measurement

·         Adhering the safety norms in the warehouse and follow AZDP rules

·         Ensure On Time GRN and On Time Put-away targets

·         Improve 100% accuracy in GSI transactions

.         Maintain 100% put away and GRN accuracy

·         Productivity in Receiving Process

·         Improve 100% Location accuracy of store stock


All about you

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field from a reputed institution
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Working knowledge in an ERP environment (SAP desirable), including MM, WM, and PP modules
  • Experience in inventory management & material receiving, kitting, and line feeding activities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and quick reactivity to critical issues
  • Proficiency in team management and fostering collaboration
  • Knowledge of lean management and continuous improvement practices
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Agility and process-oriented mindset
