Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and meticulous teammates.
You'll lead the charge in maintaining the excellence of our supply chain. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Production, Engineering), manage inspection activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of overseeing incoming inspection processes and managing supplier nonconformity responses, but also ensuring the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining and ensuring adherence to Control Plans and inspection instructions

Managing Incoming Inspectors and Serial SQ Engineers

Securing the supply chain through proactive supplier quality management
-
Leading your team in daily operations and strategic planning
-
Preparing quality performance reports for management review
-
Contributing to our continuous improvement culture

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field

Experience or understanding of supplier quality management in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of quality systems and control plan methodologies

Familiarity with ERP systems and quality inspection tools

A Six Sigma or similar quality certification

Strong leadership and team management skills
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
