Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive knowledge and proficiency in the Torquing, Bobtailing & Riveting process in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and supportive teammates.

You'll contribute to the tender phase, product development, industrialization, and manufacturing, ensuring the integration of industrial constraints and requirements to optimize costs and minimize risks. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain), manage industrial risks, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of qualifying product/process pairs, training employees in process knowledge, and ensuring compliance with EHS standards, but also leading EN 15085-2 and ISO 3834-2 certifications for the company.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Contributing to the tender phase and concurrent engineering efforts

  • Managing industrial risk through Process FMEA

  • Supporting the qualification of suppliers and the evolution of quality control processes

  • Ensuring the deployment and validation of new processes

  • Training employees and supporting functions to business rules

  • Guaranteeing internal control and good application of process rules

  • Leading certification efforts and proposing improvements

  • Degree in mechanical or metallurgical engineering

  • Experience or understanding of industrial methods in Torquing, Bobtailing & Riveting processes

  • Knowledge of special processes and relevant standards

  • Familiarity with digital monitoring and automation of processes

  • A certification in EN 15085-2, ISO 3834-2, or similar

  • Problem-solving skills and leadership capabilities

  • Proficiency in English and other applicable local languages
