Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, innovative, and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in defining and validating detailed manufacturing processes for new products, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and industrializing product and process changes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Process Engineers, Production Teams, and Quality Assurance), create industrial documentation, and ensure optimal manufacturing efficiency through method time analysis, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining method times using MTM UAS building block systems and establishing manufacturing master data, but also support production in achieving QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets and lead continuous improvement efforts.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Defining and validating manufacturing processes for new and existing products
-
Performing industrial documentation and setting up method times
-
Participating in P-FMEA and design reviews to improve manufacturability
-
Leading continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing shops
-
Collaborating on tooling specifications and ensuring ergonomic conditions
-
Driving productivity improvements and cost-saving techniques
-
Supporting production teams to meet QCD targets
-
Contributing to industrial REX (Return on Experience) on manufacturing processes
