Could you be the full-time Logistics Engineering Team Leader in our dynamic site we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive logistics and supply chain management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, solution-driven teammates.
You'll lead initiatives to enhance logistic flows, achieving Quality Cost Delivery Environment Health & Safety (QCDE) targets in alignment with regional priorities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Material Planning, Project Supply Chain, Warehouse, Sourcing, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Engineering), develop and implement logistics solutions, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of designing upstream method logistics, implementing packaging solutions, and improving warehouse architecture. But also, you'll manage the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) and optimize material flow to shop floors.
We’ll look to you for:

Strategically improving logistics operations in compliance with Alstom standards

Developing and maintaining efficient material flow and storage solutions

Implementing innovative kitting strategies and managing returnable packaging systems

Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure seamless supply chain integration

Driving actions to resolve quality concerns and maintain delivery excellence
-
Contributing to the site's strategic planning and footprint with the industrial team

Degree in Mechanical Engineering

MBA in Operations Management or a related field is a plus

10-12 years of experience in SCM & warehouse operations

Proficiency in CAD 2D/3D drawing, CATIA, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor

Expertise in layout planning and material flow design in manufacturing environments
-
Deep understanding of supplier-end packaging design and internal material workflows

Strong negotiation skills with a focus on Safety, Quality, and Cost
