Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Sricity, Andhra Pradesh we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance and control expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll ensure the compliance and excellence of our products and parts, contributing to continuous improvement and defect prevention for enhanced efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Production, Industrial, Testing, Supply Chain), conduct inspections and tests, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of recording Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), evaluating quality data for process improvement, as well as driving a Right First Time culture. Additionally, you’ll manage the team of inspectors in the CBS Workshop.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Encouraging and promoting quality criteria to Production

  • Performing root cause analysis and corrective actions verification

  • Collating and evaluating quality data for continuous improvement

  • Functionally managing the team of inspectors

  • Ensuring calibration of critical equipment

  • Assisting in updating inspection procedures and checklists


All about you

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent)

  • Experience or understanding of quality assurance/control in manufacturing

  • Knowledge of welding inspection (EN level 2 in VT & PT preferred)

  • Familiarity with 8D Methodology, PFMEA & Control plan, and statistical process controls

  • A Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification (preferred)

  • Proficiency in ISO 9001-2015 standards

  • Understanding of the railway industry

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
