Could you be the full-time Industrial Planning Manager in Sricity we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive industrial planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and strategic teammates.

You’ll manage the delicate balance between demand and resources, ensuring our customers' Quality, Cost, and Delivery expectations are met while optimizing our site's resources. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as tender teams, project teams, and S&OP teams), analyze forecasts, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of consolidating demand forecasts, validating the adequacy of resources, and ensuring the reflection of S&OP decisions in our systems, but also identifying bottlenecks and proposing recovery scenarios.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring Industrial Planning Golden rules and processes are applied

  • Contributing to achieving Industrial Planning KPIs targets

  • Supporting the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap actions related to industrial planning topics

  • Managing demand and scheduling in Core Planning Tools and/or ERP systems

  • Applying and ensuring adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules

  • Leading and managing the Industrial Planning team, including resource allocation and competency development

  • Ensuring effective reporting and communication with project teams and stakeholders

  • Providing data and simulations to support decision-making during the S&OP cycle

  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of Work in Progress (WIP), Finished Goods (FG), and other key production metrics

  • Supporting the execution of industrial planning and addressing critical issues

  • Degree in BE/B.Tech Mechanical or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of production planning or project management in a manufacturing or site environment

  • Knowledge of SAP and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project/Primavera

  • Familiarity with demand forecasting and resource optimization

  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

  • Effective time management and teamwork capabilities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
