Could you be the full-time Workstream Analyst in Sofia, Bulgaria we’re looking for?

 


Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and operational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside professional and dedicated teammates.

You'll play a key role in driving financial transparency and process excellence across multiple projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Project Managers and Work Package Owners, to standardize reporting, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the controlling and reporting of SSC projects portfolio actual costs and forecasts, but also support the SSC Lead on the quotation phase and related forecasting activities.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Ensuring that relevant stakeholders (Project Managers, WP Owners) adhere to the set standards and processes
  • Supporting the SSC Lead on the quotation phase, including project internal selling price estimation and forecasting activities
  • Managing the controlling and reporting of SSC projects portfolio actual costs and forecasts in accordance with internal rules
  • Participating actively in Work Package reviews and supporting the preparation of deviation root causes
  • Managing the invoicing process towards other internal units and resolving any related disputes
  • Standardizing controlling and reporting processes
  • Contributing to data and business analysis, as well as data automation and integration
  • Supporting the automation and optimization of recurring reports
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient data collation and manipulation
  • Driving simplification of data to ensure understandable, presentable, and consistent formats

  • Degree in Finance, Engineering, IT/Data Science, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Finance, Project Controlling, or Data Analytics (2–3 years)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • Knowledge of automation tools and data visualization platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Bulgarian is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
