Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project planning and scheduling expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a professional and dedicated team that values collaboration and innovation.

You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining project schedules, analyzing time-related data, and supporting decision-making processes to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including internal and external stakeholders, aligning schedules, managing project documentation, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of creating and optimizing project schedules, but also advising teams on time-related contractual disputes and risk mitigation strategies.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Collaborating closely with the Project Manager (PM), Chief of Development (CoD), and Chief of Operations (CoO) to provide essential scheduling expertise and strategic time management support.
  • Acting as the Project Manager’s trusted deputy, ensuring alignment across the core team and stepping in to lead when needed.
  • Serving as the central connector of project interfaces, driving execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination.
  • Providing visible and respected leadership within the project team to foster collaboration, maintain momentum, and drive delivery excellence.
  • Communicating effectively at all levels, adapting your approach to suit different audiences both verbally and in writing.
  • Developing and updating schedules for projects with a medium level of criticality.
  • Evaluating and effectively communicating time-related project information in various formats.
  • Advising the project team on strategies to achieve On Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
  • Providing guidance on time-related contractual disputes.
  • Influencing the development and alignment of schedules across project stakeholders.
  • Developing and managing project scheduling documentation.
  • Supporting other project planners in their scheduling responsibilities.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Engineering or Business degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a full-time planning and scheduling role
  • Experience in industrial or construction sectors
  • Proficiency in one scheduling tool (e.g., OdyC, Primavera) and familiarity with an additional scheduling software tool (e.g., Kinaxis, MS Project, TILOS)
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel or other data analysis tools
  • Detailed knowledge of scheduling theory and methods, such as Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Knowledge of time-related contractual obligations and principles of delay analysis
