Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside a professional and dedicated team of colleagues, reporting directly to Marius.

You’ll specifically take care of implementing and maintaining logistics standards for physical material flow, optimizing warehouse layouts, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, but also managing budgets and promoting sustainable practices such as recycling and returnable packaging.
We’ll look to you for:
- Ensuring employees operate in compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
- Implementing and maintaining standard processes and golden rules in alignment with the Logistics Handbook
- Optimizing warehousing, packaging, and physical flow in line with Lean Manufacturing and QCDE principles
- Ensuring accurate and efficient use of the ERP solution (SAP) and maintaining master data quality
- Monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy and cycle counting performance
- Deploying the APSYS (Alstom Transport Production System) roadmap within the team
- Managing jobs, skills, training, workforce, and organizational development
- Ensuring alignment between physical and system flows for seamless operations
- Optimizing transportation flow and costs
- Managing C-Class activity (outsourcing of small parts management) in accordance with Alstom standards
- Promoting and managing recycling activities
- Overseeing and respecting budgetary and Delegation of Authority (DOA) rules
