Could you be the full-time Facilities & Utilities Manager in Sofia we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new Industrial field. You’ll report to Mihaela and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll manage from operational point of view the activities related to contracts for utilities and facilities (equipment, tools, buildings, etc…) in ALSTOM locations  as well as interventions to utilities, buildings and equipment made by external or internal personnel, coordinates the deployment of investments related to utilities/equipment and facilities

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinates the Investments Process from the launch moment until the end, ensuring the sequence of steps according to Alstom internal rules
  • Coordinates the maintenance contracts and monitors the compliance with the contractual rules and conditions
  • Cooperates with Procurement Department for the analysis and the validation of the quotations received from the suppliers
  • Establishes together with the maintenance suppliers of tools and buildings the planning of the maintenance activities.
  • Create scope of works for investments in utilities and equipment related to the activity
  • Monitor costs, execution deadlines and quality of works as per the contracts
  • Manages and monitors the database with tools, devices, equipment and ensures their standardization in line with the requirements of the management team.
  • Coordinates and controls sub-contractors that ensure the maintenance of tools within the company and which are under the regulation.
  • Reports monthly the current costs of the utilities in Alstom facilities, proposes and implements solutions for costs optimization.
  • Participates and be involved in APSYS actions (actions like TPM, work instructions for equipments preventive maintenance).
  • Manages the reception process for the suppliers that assure the interventions on buildings and equipments.
  • Manages and follows up the optimum functioning of equipment , installations and buildings.
  • Reports the required data of equipments in conformity with the industrial needs: availability of equipments and follow-up of the linked indicators.
  • Manages the update of data related to equipment in the digital tools used internally (equipments database).
  • Ensure the follow-up of all the equipments documentation (paper and informatics support).

  • Technical university education and/or management (Rolling Stock)
  • Minimum 3 year of working experience in operation/production activity
  • Knowledge of railway principles
  • Knowledge about EHS requirements management and Quality development process
  • Knowledge of technological/methods processes and related products
