You’ll also oversee interventions on utilities, buildings, and equipment performed by internal or external teams, while coordinating investment projects related to utilities, equipment, and facilities.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Overseeing maintenance contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Collaborating with the Procurement Department to analyze and validate supplier quotations
  • Planning maintenance activities in partnership with maintenance suppliers for tools and buildings
  • Creating scopes of work for utilities and equipment investment projects
  • Monitoring costs, execution timelines, and the quality of works as per contractual agreements
  • Managing and maintaining a standardized database of tools, devices, and equipment
  • Supervising sub-contractors responsible for maintaining tools and equipment under regulatory requirements
  • Providing monthly reports on utility costs and proposing solutions for cost optimization
  • Participating in APSYS actions such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and developing work instructions for preventive maintenance
  • Managing supplier reception processes for interventions on buildings and equipment
  • Ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment, installations, and buildings
  • Reporting equipment performance data and monitoring associated indicators
  • Maintaining and updating equipment data in internal digital tools
  • Ensuring proper documentation of equipment, both in physical and digital formats

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Technical university degree in engineering or management (preferably related to Rolling Stock)
  • At least 3 years of experience in operation or production activities
  • Understanding of railway principles
  • Knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements and quality development processes
