Job Summary:The NCR Lead is responsible for managing the Non-Conformance Report process within the organization. This position involves identifying, documenting, and analyzing non-conformances to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The NCR Lead will collaborate with various departments to drive corrective actions and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. NCR Management:
    • Oversee the entire NCR process from identification to resolution.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of non-conformances.
    • Analyze NCR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, and Quality Control, to resolve non-conformance issues.
    • Conduct regular meetings to review NCR status and progress on corrective actions.
  3. Root Cause Analysis:
    • Facilitate root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of non-conformances.
    • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address identified issues.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Provide training and guidance to staff on NCR procedures and best practices.
    • Support the development of quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
  5. Reporting:
    • Prepare and present NCR reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
