Reponsibilities 

• Managing Material Availability for missing parts and ensuring the timely delivery of critical components in RMA as TOP Priority
• Communicating Material Planning documents to Suppliers and following up on confirmations in Forward and Reserve Logistics.
• Organizing and maintaining regular reviews with Suppliers to check the status of deliveries and performance across assigned projects
• Managing suppliers and related activities to improve cost, lead time, and on-time performance
• Work with different department to monitor inventory levels, assess supply vendors and ensure delivered supplies meet quality standards.
• Contact vendors, verify supplies, manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates and inform Operation Team of potential delays.
• Maintain MRO schedules for ongoing projects, supporting in maintaining DFR KPI.
• Monitor project delivery timelines, check work quality against company requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Operation Team for updates on delivery timelines.
• Compile, record and report project performance and progress to management and key stakeholders.
