Under the leadership of the Project Technical Manager, you

• support the updates of the Interface Management Plan and related procedures and enforce its application within the Signalling Systems;
• monitor all interface management processes and ensure Interface activities are progressing in line with the planning;
• coordinate with other SWCs, Authority and Operator for the schedule of activities and the preparation of the modification forms (AFM) to ensure timely start and progress of the work. In this capacity you work with the Project Technical Manager, the Installation and T&C managers.
• gather the required information from the System and Sub-system teams, that is necessary to the timely progress of the Interface work with other coordinated interfaces. When required, and within your technical area of expertise, you provide possible solutions to resolve technical problems so as to minimise possible delays for the project. When required you escalate issues to the Project Technical and the Project Engineering Managers;
• To request support of Risk Manager / Systems Assurance Manager when necessary; and
• To organize specific coordination interface meeting, whenever appropriate.
