Customer Intimacy

Support Head of innovation in:

  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and anticipate future challenges.
  • Translating customer insights into actionable innovation opportunities.
  • Influencing the development of new technologies, solutions, and services by integrating client feedback and strategic priorities into innovation roadmaps.
  • Facilitating convergence between Alstom’s technology roadmap and customer expectations to ensure alignment and co-creation of value.
  • Ensuring innovation programs are aligned with customer expectations and Alstom’s long-term strategy.

Innovation Program & Project Management

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of innovation programs, ensuring adherence to strategy, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Support the innovation pipeline: prioritize, track, and report on projects to maintain a consistent flow of high-potential initiatives.
  • Maintain and update dashboards with innovation KPIs.
  • Propose and implement best practices for innovation program management and governance.

Innovation Ecosystem Development

  • Foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners to create a dynamic innovation ecosystem.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in innovation management and open innovation frameworks.
  • Support universities, start-ups and incubator collaboration in the Region 
  • Promote a culture of creativity and intrapreneurship within the organization.

Communication

  • Develop communication strategies and content for clients and key stakeholders to showcase innovation initiatives.
  • Support funding research, application processes, and presentations for innovation projects.
  • Prepare client presentations and technical proposals.
