Key accountabilities:

• Define, set-up and monitor the Acceleration/Implementation plan (planning, deliverables, budget…) in collaboration with the project team and the end-customer (platforms, regions, departments).
• Provide all necessary support to ease project development: skills, methodology, processes, documents.
• Ensure permanent bridge between projects/startups and end-customer (inputs, outputs)
• Monitor and inform on project/collaboration progress.
• Make regular recommendations on project/collaboration follow-up.
• Identify key potential collaborations with external partners especially Startups. 
• CSR support to climate and resource preservation region Leader 

Performance measurements:

• Portfolio management: deliverables/budget/planning
• Portfolio performance: investment vs value creation
• Customer satisfaction: project teams, startups, final “Catchers”.

Profile requested:

• Engineer Master degree
• First experience in the scope of Innovation  or/and R&D
• Organised,  structured
• Project management skills
• Good analytical and synthetical skills
• Good communication (written and spoken) and listening skills
• Team Spirit, being able to implement a collaborative approach to share best coaching practices with other team members.
