Purpose of the job:

  • Technical support for Reliability Growth through investigations and data collection
  • Technical support for Troubleshooting in order to ensure maximum train availability.

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide the Operator with specialist engineering and technical support
  • Perform Optimisation of maintenance regimes (RCM and CBM)
  • Populate relevant failure data base (FRACAS)
  • Supporting performance enhancement
  • Monitoring of Diagnostic Data
  • Guarantee information flow within the project team and customer
  • Monitors and reports on fleet performance
  • Exploring system improvements through FRACAS using performance and trend analysis
  • Respect EHS rules and any work-related processes

 

Performance measurements:   

  • Reliability improvement after corrective action(s) implementation
  • Customer acceptance and quality level of engineering and technical execution
  • Technical competence and autonomy (duration of intervention)
  • Quality of failure diagnosis and relevant documentation
  • Compliance with EHS rules and work-related processes

 

Educational Requirements 

Mandatory:

  • Graduated from engineering school or,
  • Min. 5 years of relevant field experience in maintenance of Movia Electric Passenger System

 

Experience

Mandatory:

  • 5 years of experience in technical knowledge, either mechanical or electrical / electronics
  • Movia Platform Product knowledge
  • Railway safety & RAM, RCM and CBM
  • EHS knowledge

  • Ability to provide support for field corrective interventions
