ATC Testing and Commissioning Leader

The main objectives of ATC T&C Leader for Thomson Line project which includes:

•    To manage ATC T&C Team

•    Lead functional ATC T&C activities
•    To write functional ATC T&C scenarios in order to validate the correct adherence to specifications (Support for TTR)
•    To analyse the anomalies found during site testing and perform troubleshooting
•    To support the T&C Manager in the daily tasks (e.g. Configuration FollowUp, Progress Report,…)
•    To interface with Engineering team for problem solving and planning
•    To interface with Customer for technical and planning meetings
•    To interface with other Contractor (SWC) whenever requested
•    To report agreed Key project Indicators with Project Test & commissioning Manager on regular basis 

Responsibilities Include:
•    Contribution to REX activities
•    Respect WHS standards
•    Training sub-contractor in signalling system
 

Knowledge / Experience

• The candidate should have 5 years’ experience of site testing
• The candidate should have deep knowledge of ATC and overall SIG environment
• The candidate should also have experience of working within similar contractor/client environment.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge in signalling architecture
• Good knowledge of Defect Management and Configuration Management.
• Should be able to generate test plans and/or procedures and reports, Validation principles.
• Should be able to do troubleshooting on site.
• Knowledge of railway operations.
• System knowledge on overall signalling systems.
• Understand scheduling principles on railway operations

• Although capable of working independently the candidate shall be good team player.
• Should be able to able to work during night shifts at site from time to time.
• To be able to work in an inter-cultural environment (on-shore & off-shore team)
• To be able to deliver under pressure
