Could you be the full-time APAC Projects Performance Director in the Singapore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and visionary teammates.
You'll be pivotal in securing the execution of our most critical projects, ensuring operational performance is continuously assessed and enhanced. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Cluster Management, Project Teams, Central Functions), conducting multi-site assessments, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of formulating recovery plans, project staffing, and performing portfolio reviews, but also contributing to the improvement of PMO processes and tools.
We’ll look to you for:
- Performing thorough operational assessments and reviews
- Identifying and reporting on critical operational issues
- Defining, tracking, and ensuring the implementation of recovery plans
- Supporting project teams with operational expertise on demand
- Anticipating project staffing needs and facilitating the Tender-to-Project transition
- Building a strong network with other central functions for cross-functional collaboration

- Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Experience or understanding of project management in complex, multi-site contexts
- Knowledge of financial mechanisms on long-term contracts (e.g. bonds, Forex, P&L)
- Familiarity with Alstom Project Management tools and processes
- A PMP or equivalent certification
- At least 10 years of experience in major project management or general management
- Proven experience leading diverse and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to navigate and influence within a matrix organization
