Your Future Role
Our Siegen site is an international competence center for bogies. 800 colleagues develop, manufacture, test, and repair bogies for global rail traffic, ensuring stability and comfort on the tracks. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Ildiko ZORGEL and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
As Project Planning Manager, you are the planning partner within our Bogies Project Management Team.
For Bogies development projects you are the close partner of our Project Managers. You will:
- Build and control project schedules across international teams
- Track progress, risks and critical paths to ensure on-time development and -delivery
- Support Earned Value Management and project reporting
- Lead planning reviews and drive continuous improvement
For Bogies tender projects you are the close partner of our Project Group Managers. You will:
- Harmonize tender- and bid project schedules along our Gate Review Process
- Lead tender input calculation processing for our Bogie PM roles
For PM capacity- & load planning you are the close partner of our Projects Director. You will:
- Maintain the PM resource planning
- Support the Projects Director for headcount planning and staffing decisions
Within a team of 2-3 further international Bogie Project Planning partners of our PM Team Siegen your work creates transparency, reliability and successful project delivery.

- Degree in engineering, business administration or comparable experience
- Experience in project planning, scheduling or project management
- Confident working with planning tools and structured processes
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, international mindset
- Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
