Could you be the full- time Subsystem manager bogies (f/m/d) in Siegen we’re looking for? 

Your Future Role 

Our Siegen site is an international competence center for bogies. 800 colleagues develop, manufacture, test, and repair bogies for global rail traffic, ensuring stability and comfort on the tracks. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. 

We’ll look for you to: 

• Contribute to successful train project execution and manage our newbuild bogie projects 
• Lead our multidisciplinary project core teams (Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Indus, Quality, Transfer and Finance etc.), in cross-site and international teams within the global Alstom network
• Identify, prioritize, control and perform critical project items, risks and savings
• Communication of project status, progress and trend to management, functions and customers by proper planning follow-up deviation analyses (gate reviews, deliveries, costs)
• Harmonize and perform action plans to secure project QCD targets (Quality, Cost, Delivery)  
• Pro-active contribution to resolution activities to optimise overall target achievement (reduce cost and lead times, increase customer satisfaction)
• Close and service-oriented collaboration with our customers and business partners
  (technical, commercial and contractual) together with our function specialists

All About You

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• Work experience with industrial products, ideally in the Railway sector with strong project management skills
• Analytic approach along with a hands-on way to manage for solutions and reach QCD commitments
• Teamplayer & Teamleader with spirit and ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment
• Very good communication- and moderation skills along with professional planning and presentation skills  
• Willingness to travel occasionally and to participate permanent education
• Fluent in German and English language (in writing and verbally)
