Could you be the full-time Project Documentation Manager (f/m/d) in Siegen we’re looking for?
Your Future Role
Our Siegen site is an international competence center for bogies. 800 colleagues develop, manufacture, test, and repair bogies for global rail traffic, ensuring stability and comfort on the tracks. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Ildiko Zorgel and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look for you to:
- Contribute to successful train project execution and manage our newbuild bogie projects.
- Contribute to developing and deploying the Bogies documentation management standards (process, organization).
- Together with our Customers, we harmonize and deploy project specific Documentation Management Plans (DMP) according to our contractual requirements.
- Operational lead of our Project Documentation Controllers (PrDC).
- Ensure documentation structure in accordance with standards and documents are properly validated before submission to customers.
- As Key User, we manage and deploy Electronic Documentation Management System (EDMS), train new users, and manage access rights.
- Define and analyze documentation reporting (KPIs) and initiate counteractions together with PCTs to achieve QCD targets.
- Suggest improvements in the activity based on Return on experience (REX).
- Manage the team of Documentation Controllers.

- Degree in Business administration, Project management or equivalent.
- Work experience in documentation management, -control, work with databases/data tools, ideally in the railway sector or industrial- / engineering environment.
- An analytic approach along with a hands-on way to manage solutions and reach QCD commitments.
- Team player & Team leader with spirit and ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment.
- Structured way of working, process oriented.
- Good communication- and moderation skills along with professional planning and presentation.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and to participate in permanent education.
- Fluent in German and English language, French is a nice-to-have.
