Could you be the full-time Product Industrialization Manager in Siegen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your lean manufacturing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Andreas Guenther (Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Siegen), and work alongside dedicated and passionate teammates.
You'll specifically handle the development and introduction of boogies products in the shopfloor. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business such as quality, purchasing and engineering departments.
You’ll specifically take care of preliminary design phases, detailed design phases and serial go phases during the process.
We’ll look to you for
- Make sure and monitor industrial requirements are well understood and taken into account by Engineering, during product specification and design.
- Design the global macro-process, based on standard SMP.
- Ensure the availability of tools and workstations on schedule and consistent with EHS requirements, ergonomics and quality.
- Ensure that industrial documentation is issued in due time with the good quality level.
- Monitor the process Method Time vs target.
- Contribute to build continuous improvement action plan along with Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets.
- Participates to R&D programs as industrial representative.
- Perform industrial REX on manufacturing processes

- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering
- Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up
- Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics.
- Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA…)
- Familiar with IS common tools.
