Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.
Could you be the full-time Bogie IS Manager (f/m/d) in Siegen we’re looking for?
Your Future Role
Our Siegen site is an international competence center for bogies. 800 colleagues develop, manufacture, test, and repair bogies for global rail traffic, ensuring stability and comfort on the tracks. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Heike Goeser and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look for you to
- Lead the development of ISR elements for bogies, including logistic support analysis (LSA) engineering, maintenance documentation, training materials, special tools, test benches, and spare parts—across both tender and project phases.
- Define and implement the Bogie ISR Management Plan, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, maintenance, and other teams to design effective ISR solutions.
- Ensure compliance with standards and best practices, in close cooperation with central functions and using reference libraries and established methods & tools.
- Promote the use of standardized ISR practices, aligned with international standards and internal procedures.
- Leverage project data to continuously improve quality, cost-efficiency, and delivery performance in future projects.
- Drive lessons learned by compiling REX reports after ISR work package completion, identifying opportunities for process improvement and best practice sharing.
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor ISR work package performance, in line with central and service platform guidelines.
All About You
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

- Experience a dynamic work environment with a permanent position at a leading company for green mobility
