Job title: Project Controller

Since then, Alstom has been participating in a full range of railway projects in China, including metro, high speed trains, locomotives and tramway. 

 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

 

To provide consolidate view of Tram/TLS projects on all analysis related at project level (cost, cash, sales etc.), be the sole interface with Project Leader / Site controller for general review. To perform as expert on project controlling

 

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with EHS policy.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between PM and PC teams
  • Provide professional analysis on Tram project and TLS, support PM to have a clear view of each projects
  • Be the economic and financial advisor to the Project Manager. Work closely with PM on the ETC in order to have better visibility on risk and saving. Increase forecast accuracy & reduce surprises from projects through constant communication with Project Team, provide R&O analysis on monthly basis
  • Prepare, along with the PM, the periodic Project Reviews, work with offshore project team to provide timely report to Project Auditor.
  • Follow up accurate finance data (cash/sales /Other KPI) , and report to site controller
  • Support site controller for reporting and analysis

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in finance
  • Min 5 year experience in a MNC
  • Good analytical and synthetic skills - able to analyse, evaluate and process information and data
  • Able to influence, challenge and engage people in a diplomatic manner
  •  Good command of English
  • Master user of Microsoft software
