PURPOSE OF THE JOB:Lead & develop the whole Supply Chain team in term of site procurement, logistic, warehousing in order to meet SATEE SQCD targets defined for Supply Chain scope. Accountable for SC daily activities management & for all SC improvement plan. 

 

What are my responsibilities?

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for Supply Chain operational performance.
  • Lead, coach & develop the different Supply Chain sub departments.
  • Ensure the coordination & interface with steering committee.
  • Define & follow-up the Supply Chain Work Package for each project
  • Commit on no deviation on work package margin slippage.
  • Involve in Budget, forecast & other SATEE medium/long term plan in term of Load & Capacity -definition.
  • Responsible for Material and Supply Chain Management operational performance.
  • Manage material flow in both of information and physical
  • Key measure responsibilities for Customer Delivery Performance, Inventory, Freight, Inventory Loss.
  • Supplier supply chain audit & evaluation.
  • Lead Continuous improvement actions on material flow and on inventory control.
  • Collaborates with the internal customers and delivery of materials efficiently.
  • Continuous improvement of supply chain
  • Set up written working instructions and ensure that all staff comply with the working instructions
  • Monitor daily operation and tackle all unplanned issues timely, or report to management for resolution
  • Set-up planning strategies to ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers and maintain the right level of inventory
  • Work with MFG to ensure schedule attainment is properly maintained
  • Participate New Projects meeting to ensure mass production is well connected
  • Support Planning team in Retrofit coordination.
  • Coordinate ERP development/improvement projects.
  • Guaranty the application of EHS rules; Review and Compile Risk Assessments.

 

What do i need to qualify for this job:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing
  • At least 5 Years-experience in supply chain role of industry
