Assure a clear GO/NOGO Panel of the new suppliers in a time frame defined based on Supplier development: start & raise.

1. IRIS, ISO or Quality System

2. Process Audit “Generic”

3. Co-Development audit if need

4. Sustainable Development Audit if need

5. Quality and Sustainable Development Charters

Develop the new suppliers in Quality until a Business Awarded.

1. Ensure that the general process audit is performed on the relevant commodities

2. Ensure that the general and special process audit follow-up audits are performed

3. Ensure that process audit are performed on a preventive way

4. Validate the industrial process of the catalogue products, (Painting, Welding, Wiring, Brazing…etc special processes)

Ensure the Supplier Quality Development

To lead the yellow and red supplier improvement action plan; monitor the progress and report the central team regularly till the supplier move out the situation.

1. To propose each key supplier global improvement action plan after analysis the supplier performance by the different quality tools;

2. To conduct the related quality tool training to the related supplier and guide the daily application in the supplier site;

3. To fix the supplier global improvement action plan with supplier and notice the related team and push the supplier to close the action plan on time (with related KPI);

4. To set up the supplier REX and support on the SPQD to apply the REX is the different projects;

5. Promote key supplier use of PFMEA & control plan quality tools in the production process;

6. To have the sense of urgency & importance to take the job;

Ensure the COMMODITY MANAGEMENT

1. Monthly Domain / Commodity review with Procurement

2. Annual Supplier Improvement plan based on performance analysis

3. Participate actively to QCD meetings

4. Follow and support for the problem solving of K1/K2/Critical/Safety related issues

5. Regular Quality Reviews with Key Suppliers

6. Global performance animation internally on main KPI’s

7. Drives action plan improvement

8. Assures that REX are taken into account on the new developments

9. Must be in constant touch with his colleagues (SPQD Engineer/ SQA Engineer) to define the action to implement in specific suppliers.

Take other proper tasks assigned by company or line manager.
