PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Ensure that the deployment phases (Design, V&V, Installation, T&C) of Qiji solution are performed correctly, consistently with the customer needs, consistently with the defined process and the safety instructions
• Monitor the progress of deployment phases and define action plan for recovering the situation
• Improve the Qiji deployment process
• Interface the Fluence solution technical teams when necessary

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

1. Deployment process application for a given Qiji project

• Review the Design proposal from CASCO, and Contribute for reaching a simplified and efficient design
• Contribute during problem solving with the support of ALSTOM experts
• Analyze the logs related to any technical issues happening in factory or on site. Make sure the root cause is provided within 24 hours
• For revamping project, ensure that the shadow mode is properly put in place
• Ensure that safety instructions are applied at any time during Design and T&C phases

2. Progress monitoring

• Review regularly the project progress and Define action plan for recovering the situation
• Monitor the performance of the System, Drive the CASCO team for optimizing the Specification and the Software, for onboard and trackside equipment
• Record the issue reported and Contribute to the REX record construction that will be used for the next projects
• Present the situation on a weekly basis

3. Improve the deployment of Qiji solution

• Get a good understanding of the Fluence and Qiji solutions behavior
• Contribute during Qiji solution industrialization for multi projects deployment
• Contribute to the Migration Strategy Plan definition, describing the detailed sequence of revamping an existing project to the Qiji solution
