Purpose of the job:
Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end Supply Chain activities for the project—from Tender through project closure—representing the Supply Chain function within the Project Core Team and ensuring delivery of the project’s QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments.
Accountabilities
- Manage the interfaces between the Supply Chain and the project to guarantee the first deliveries
- Ensure the integration of logistical needs and policy between ALSTOM suppliers and chains (global logistics scheme and policy, MRP (Material Requirement Planning) Parameters, logistics specifications, packaging and footprint)
- Identify critical suppliers and drive preventive action plans in partnership with Supply Chain Manager and Material Planner Manager
- Guarantee the level of stock according to the objectives of the Supply Chain Department through system ERP set up (firm period, lot size).
- Ensure compliance with the initial Budget and limit expenditure on the Project's Supply Chain Package
- Secure delivery plans especially during projects ramp-up or major planning changes
- Support Supply Chain organisation in case of critical deliveries issues at suppliers
- Identify improvement and optimization actions, linked to supply chain, in collaboration with Project Manager
- Coordinate the team of project Material Schedulers
Competencies & Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and initiative, with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.

Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering or Business management

Good Knowledge Office pack, especially Excel
- Knowledge ERP SAP (MM Material Management)
- Fluent Italian, good Knowledge English language;
