Job Title: Maintenance Solution Manager
Purpose of the Job: Manage the Fleet Support Centre, looking for the improvement of the reliability of the fleet, its Total Cost of Ownership and ensuring the accomplishment of the different KPIs and quality requirements established by the BU directors and the maintenance plans.
Typically the role involves leading the maintenance and operational optimisation of the Fleets under maintenance contract.
- Manages and develops the Fleet Support Centre team
- Takes responsibility for QCD targets and deliverables of the Centre
- Assures the technical and operational support to the projects/customers.
- Proposes innovative solutions and implements Services solutions in the maintenance projects.
- Analyses the technical performances of the fleets and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them.
- Searches for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities with Operations Engineers (depot support).
- Analyses failure criticality studies and other available methodologies to define and optimise the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals.
- Analyses and integrates data coming from Operations (Return on Experience).
