Alstom proved its capability as a world leader in high-speed trains and also as promoter of sustainable mobility, offering a complete rail solution. Alstom Korea Transport continues the success as being business partner of Korea railway industry by providing main spare parts of KTX and signalling solutions to important operators in Korea.  

 

 

We are looking for Customer Service Manager based in Seoul Korea. We deliver signaling and services solutions to our customers such as KORAIL, AREX, Seoul Metro 9, etc. in sustainable and smart way. You will interface with services sales organization: commercial, supply chain, technical, finance, internal & external suppliers. You would report to Service Operation Manager Korea.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Prepare tenders for signalling and services (parts, products and modernization) on time from the definition of the costs up to delivery to the customer according to Alstom internal process, customer requirements
  • Prepare and validate the offers being accountable for cost, deliveries, quality
  • Respond and manage customer inquiries about offer, about later order and customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure KPI: Time-to-Quote, Hit Rate
  • Manage and develop customer relation
  • Create business development opportunity in signalling and services
  • Ensure the internal and external process as required

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
  • 5-10 years experience in engineering, rail and infrastructure industry
  • Experience in bidding for public enterprise
  • Experience in SAP
  • Good verbal and written communications skill
  • Commercial acumen & business relationship management with customers
  • Autonomous, self-initiative, able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English and Korean
